Loan Payoff Request

All Park Place payoff requests require a borrower authorization form. Please download the form below and return it to servicing@parkplaceus.com with a DocuSign signature.

If you are a borrower and would like to bypass the authorization form, click the name of your servicer to email your request directly to their payoff team – either FCI or BSI.

STEP 1. Download the Borrower Authorization Form and email it to servicing@parkplaceus.com. Please include the property address in the body of your email and on the form to avoid any delays.
