Today, Cristofer leads a team of Account Executives and Processors that combine to close over $30 million in loans every month. Focusing mainly on purchase and rehab loans and 30 year fixed rate loans for rental properties Cristofer and his team have successfully developed systems and relationships that allow them to hit one of the most aggressive closing timelines in the industry.
