Colby Schmidt graduated from Southwestern University as a student athlete with a double major in Business & Economics. He previously worked for DHI Mortgage as a loan processor and Veritas QA as a builderĀ consultant. During his time at Park Place Finance, he has served as a loan processor and loan servicer.
As a loan servicer, Colby’s main role is to evaluate and review construction draw requests for fix and flip properties.
In his free time, Colby can be found enjoying the outdoors at his family ranch or lake house.
