Although I have owned and rented many properties, this one was the most hard won and the most personal, as it was my family home. I reached out to him on a Friday at 3:30 pm, after a different lender dragged their feet for 32 DAYS. I explained how we were about to lose the opportunity and he dedicated his undivided attention for almost 2 hours, gathering information, dotting i's and crossing t's–by Tuesday, July 5 Austin and his team got the deal funded! I’m not even sure I should let the world know how freaking amazing Austin was during this purchase transaction because I want to keep him all to myself!!!!
