Moune Prasasouk

Since starting my mortgage banking career in 2009, I have built long term relationships with my clients and referral partners. I believe honesty, integrity and empathy are the most important traits that I offer my associates and clients, who know they can count on me to be accessible and to provide reliable information. As an expert in all facets of residential mortgage lending, I offer my clients the information they need to make the right finance decisions for their long term and immediate goals whether they are buying their first home, refinancing, acquiring an investment property or buying a vacation home.

Prior to becoming a mortgage loan officer, I was a Realtor for approximately 3 years. The experience of being a Realtor gives me more knowledge of how the buying and selling side of the business works as well. In turn, I am able to confidently guide a new home buyer or experienced home buyer throughout the whole process.

Integrity is the cornerstone of my business. I believe a mortgage should not be just a transaction, but about building relationships, and helping my customers achieve their home financing goals. As a Park Place Finance mortgage loan officer, I take a consultative approach to the home loan process by customizing each home financing solution to help customers achieve their home financial goals. Many mortgage loan officers can get you a loan. My mission is to get you the right loan!
