Broker Invoice Submission

Instructions:


STEP 1: After receiving invoice from Broker, please use this form to submit the invoice for payment.

STEP 2: VP of Sales will be notified and review the invoice, making sure it ties to Lendingwise and the loan.

STEP 3: After Approval, invoice will be submitted to accounting for payment. Please anticipate up to 7 days before payment is made.

STEP 4: Payment will be made and you will automatically be notified that the payment has been made.
